Trade Counter Associate

📍 Location: Milton Keynes
💰 Salary: Competitive
⏰ Hours: Full-time, shift-based between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Are you a customer-focused, team player with trade counter experience? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Trade Counter Associate at our Milton Keynes branch, you’ll be the face of DMS Flooring Supplies, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while keeping our branch running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Serving and assisting customers with their flooring supply needs
✅ Handling customer queries and managing accounts
✅ Chasing quotes and acting on sales leads
✅ Processing cash, card, and account payments
✅ Replenishing stock and maintaining a tidy branch
✅ Placing orders with suppliers and ensuring smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in a trade counter or similar environment
🔹 Knowledge of flooring products is a bonus (but not essential – we provide training!)
🔹 A strong customer-first approach with great communication skills
🔹 Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
